She is the CEO of The RCN Co., founder of Prophetic Arrows—a mentorship program designed to equip prophetic women—and host of The Raven Nole Show, where she helps multifaceted women thrive spiritually, personally, and professionally.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Raven is a mental and emotional health practitioner and leadership coach. Her approach is deeply rooted in mindset renewal, emotional healing, and prophetic strategy. Backed by years of corporate leadership experience, she brings both spiritual depth and strategic clarity to every space she enters.

Raven is also a devoted wife and mother of two. She is passionate about helping women break through fear, embrace their identity, and confidently walk in their God-given purpose—whether in ministry, the marketplace, or beyond.

Crystal Hulbert

Dr. Crystal Hulbert is an author, speaker, minister of the gospel, wife, and founder of Anchored Counseling and Wellness Center, LLC—where she provides professional coaching, counseling, and consulting services to help individuals navigate emotional challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. Alongside a dedicated team of experts, she delivers practical, faith-rooted solutions that promote both mental and emotional well-being.

A lover of all things healing, wholeness, deliverance, and wellness, Dr. Hulbert is passionate about empowering men and women with the strategies and skills needed to strengthen their mental health while deepening their walk with God. In 2019, she launched Anchored Academy, a mentorship program designed to help individuals gain stability in their heart, mind, and identity through the truth of God's Word. She is also the author of Anchored, a transformational book rooted in her belief that inner stability begins with spiritual alignment.

With a rich background in executive leadership and years of experience collaborating with mental health professionals and organizations, Dr. Hulbert skillfully bridges the gap between faith and mental wellness. Her mission is to see men and women whole, equipped, and anchored in both mind and spirit.

Ty Wilson is a prophetic voice, entrepreneur, business and branding strategist, creative, wife, and mother. She is dedicated to seeing both men and women experience the fullness of God through the truth of His word, radical obedience, and a lifestyle that reflects both reverence and relationship. This passion birthed Forever Bowed—a ministry committed to restoring intimacy with God through sound doctrine, fasting, and prayer.

As a creative strategist and owner of The Lit CEO, Ty is passionate about equipping innovators and visionaries to make kingdom impact in the marketplace—and to do it God’s way. In a culture of compromise and comparison, she believes prayer, fasting, and obedience are the keys to going further, faster.
