Raven C. Nole holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. With over a decade of experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, ministry, and mental health, she brings both depth and practicality to the work she leads.
As a faith-first leader and practitioner in mental and emotional health, Raven helps individuals, teams, and organizations overcome inner barriers, build confidence, and move forward in their God-given assignment. With a grounded understanding of people and systems, she offers practical tools and spiritual guidance to support meaningful growth and real transformation.
She partners with mission-driven teams to strengthen alignment, elevate culture, and develop emotionally intelligent leadership—integrating counseling, coaching, and organizational psychology to create lasting, values-based impact.

She is the founder of Prophetic Arrows™, a mentorship community for women in ministry and the marketplace, equipping them to rise in identity, sharpen their gifts, and lead with boldness and grace.
Her mission is to help others align with God’s purpose, grow in emotional and spiritual wholeness, and live from a place of inner freedom and strength. Her work is rooted in biblical truth, emotional resilience, and mindset renewal—equipping others to lead from the inside out.
Together with her husband, Dr. Kenneth M. Nole, Raven leads Seek Dallas Church, where they focus on discipleship, leadership development, and cultivating authentic, faith-centered community. They are raising their two children, Kalia and Kennington, while building a life of Kingdom legacy.
Through mentorship, strategic advising, speaking, and digital platforms, Raven empowers others to live with intention, lead with clarity, and thrive—with God at the center of it all. She also hosts The Raven Nole Show, a podcast where faith, leadership, and transformation intersect in honest conversation and practical wisdom.
